Carleen Burns, Principal, CPA

AMCA was founded by Carleen in 2011 to serve the more than 18,000 employees and retirees of the Allegheny County Schools Health Insurance Consortium. Today AMCA serves nearly 100,000 covered lives across the company’s national client base.

Prior to launching AMCA Carleen was an independent consultant and fractional CFO. She started her career as an audit manager with Arthur Andersen-Pittsburgh.

Carleen is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
